Rubi Santoro is the Co-Chair of the Santoro Family Foundation, a private foundation focused on expanding opportunity through investments in education, economic empowerment, and health. 

Prior to establishing the Foundation, Rubi spent over a decade as a marketing leader. She has built a career driving growth for tech powerhouses and fintech innovators like Google, YouTube, and Plaid. With expertise spanning product strategy and go-to-market execution, she steered improvements for the YouTube Partner Program and spearheaded Google's shift to fully automated ad campaigns. At Plaid, she was instrumental in evolving the brand from a startup-centric tool to an enterprise-ready partner. A dedicated mentor and advisor, Rubi has shaped the growth trajectories of hundreds of businesses throughout her career.

Rubi also spends her time volunteering with local organizations, including the South Miami Hospital NICU. 

She holds a degree in Marketing Communications and Advertising from Emerson College. Rubi lives in Miami, Florida, with her husband, Phil, and their son.
